Since 1995, Rose has recruited senior executives across a variety of industry sectors in Canada, and the US. She has helped build and attract strong leadership teams through her relationships with clients and individuals. Committed to delivering quality results to her clients, Rose brings global firm expertise, but with boutique-level personal service and focus. 

 

Prior to founding Perri Human Capital, Rose was a Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles International Inc., a global provider of executive search, leadership assessment and development, organization and team effectiveness and culture shaping.  As a key member of the firm’s Global Consumer Markets and Legal & Compliance practices, Rose worked with Fortune 500, private and private equity-backed organizations building senior leadership teams across the consumer, retail, pharmaceutical and professional services sectors. Rose successfully completed complex engagements for President & CEO, COO, Board of Director (BOD), CFO, CHRO, CIO, general manager, chief marketing officer and general counsel.

 

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rose was a Consultant at a Toronto based boutique firm, and previously Rose was a Consultant at Korn Ferry International where she was a member of the Firm’s Global Consumer Market Center of Expertise.  During her tenure, Rose recruited “C level” and senior executives in marketing, finance, merchandising and general management.  She completed engagements across the retail, consumer and digital sectors, while partnering with organizations to successfully implement their broad talent management initiatives.

 

Prior to Korn Ferry, Rose spent nine years at BMO Financial Group where she held a series of key strategic leadership roles in customer experience, customer loyalty and market research for the credit card/payments and retail banking lines of business.

 

Before BMO, Rose was a Director in the Toronto office of A.T. Kearney Executive Search, a division of A.T. Kearney Management Consulting.  (A.T. Kearney acquired boutique executive search firm Baker Harris & Partners).  It was here that Rose honed her executive recruiting skills.

 

Rose began her career as a translator and analyst with the Italian Trade Commission, and as an English Instructor with a private school in Italy.

Rose is fluent in English and Italian and has knowledge of French.  She earned an MBA from The Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in French and Italian Literature from McMaster University.
